Hospital Bed (Semi-Electric) - To allow a bedridden patient to change position for comfort, exercise or to eat, use an adjustable hospital type bed. A semi-electric hospital bed is one with a manual height adjustment and with an electric head and leg elevation adjustment. This bed adjusts with a touch of a button. All beds come with a hand crank in case of power outage. A hospital type bed will be delivered to your home with a mattress and your choice of side rails (side rails can be omitted upon request).

Bed Rails (Home Style) - This innovative bed assist rail is designed for those requiring a little help for moving, standing and transferring in and out of bed. Unlike fixed-style bed rails, this rail can unlock and pivot out to provide better standing support with less reaching and twisting. Fits twin- to king-size beds. Simply slide the support frame between the box spring and mattress, secure with safety straps and set the rail height.

Trapeze (Free Standing) - A trapeze bar will enable the patient to change position, exercise or assist the patient in moving in or out of bed. A free standing trapeze bar can be used with a home style bed when a headboard is not available or with an easy chair, sofa or other sitting service.

Over Bed Table - An over bed table is a practical and easy-to-use bed accessory that easily adjusts for comfort while reading, writing or eating, and they feature an attractive walnut wood-grained laminate top with a T-molded edge that is designed to resist damage.

Pressure Support Surface (Foam) - Constant pressure from lying in a bed can cause pressure sores (decubitis ulcers). The use of special floatation mattresses or alternating pressure pads will improve comfort and aid in the prevention of pressure sores. A dense foam overlay is a good product for low risk patients. The Geo-Matt foam overlay is used by thousands of hospitals and nursing homes nationwide. It has been proven effective in clinical trials and studies as an aid in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers.

Pressure Support Surface (Air) - Constant pressure from lying in a bed can cause pressure sores (decubitis ulcers). The use of special floatation mattresses or alternating pressure pads will improve comfort and aid in the prevention of pressure sores. There are no greater defenses against wounds and disease than those contained in the human body. But often these defenses need an ally. A partner in the healing process.

Pressure Support Surface (Alternating) - For patients who are assessed to be from low to medium risk of pressure sore development, or with existing pressure ulcers up to and including stage III. An alternating Active Pressure Relieving systems and a Pressure Reducing Foam Mattress Replacement system is recommended. This system will help the caregiver to provide for individual needs.

Shoe Horn -Available in 23" or 33" (58 or 84 cm), this device employs a comfortable, pistol-grip handle to operate the shoe horn with gripping-finger back. Users can tightly grab the back of a shoe and guide their foot into it as they would with a traditional shoehorn-pull the shoe on without having the foot touch the floor.
